Here is a very yummy cake i made for Dena, requested by her Husband for her Birthday/Mothers Day. But Shame on me I didn't check very very carefully and just notice yesterday that i spelled Birthday with out the H on the tag :( Well you live and learn right. I made a deep chocolate cake with premium quality chocolate and made chocolate Mousse which took 1 hour to make, 45 of those minutes were spent constantly stirring the egg yolks and milk on low heat until they boiled, but it was worth it, the finished product was AMAZING so light and very rich with out much sweetness.
I had great fun making it.
